Giuseppe Giusti traditional balsamic vinegar

Giuseppe Giusti’s traditional balsamic vinegar is a sublime elixir made according to an ancient recipe. The must obtained from the Trebbiano grapes grown in the hills around Modena is cooked in vats in the open air and left to age in casks of various sizes made from different types of wood. Traditional balsamic vinegar is then required to rest for at least 12 years, at which point it is fully mature and ready to be enjoyed with fresh fruit, ice-cream, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and even – most deliciously of all – on its own.
